On June 1, 2026, Firehawk Aerospace completed a static fire test of our proprietary 3D-Printed Solid Rocket Motor technology 5″ motor test.

This achievement was made possible through our contract with the United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).  Over the course of this effort, Firehawk developed an entire thermoplastic propellant manufacturing process — from raw materials all the way to 3D-printed grain.

Reaching this point took relentless hard work and dedication from our team, and we couldn’t be prouder to see that effort rewarded with a successful test of this critical munitions technology. But this is just the beginning. We look forward to building on this milestone and delivering many more successes with our additive manufacturing technology in the months ahead.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to our partners at AFLCMC. Your trust, collaboration, and shared commitment to advancing disruptive defense capabilities made this milestone possible. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a forward-leaning team, and we’re excited about what we’ll accomplish together next.

At Firehawk, we’re modernizing the propulsion and energetics industrial base — delivering scalable, tailorable, and trusted systems that strengthen U.S. defense capabilities and safeguard America’s future as an “Arsenal of Democracy.”
